How do I submit the user list?

Please download the user list template above.  Your HR or IT Department may be able to assist with populating the user information. Once complete, email your user list to support@joinpaladin.com.  

Will Paladin send invitations to new users?

Yes, Paladin will send invitations to any new users at the time of import.  If you do NOT want your new users to receive an email invitation, please note that in your email when submitting the list.

How long does it take for new user accounts to be created?

Please allow one week from the date you email us the user list.  If you need the list imported sooner, please note that in your email, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Updated User Lists

If you are a current client and are sending in an updated user roster, please make sure to include a comprehensive list (include admin users as well as attorneys users).
