We're excited to work with you to launch Paladin within your offices! This page and accompanying resources will help ensure a successful launch. Here are the first three important steps to getting started!

Connect us with your firm's IT Department for user set-up.

Connect us with your firm's IT department
Once connected, we will work with your IT team to import your firm's User List (a list of all attorneys who will be using Paladin). Once we have your list of users, we will also ensure that all users are able to login using your firm's Single Sign On (SSO).

Schedule a training session for your pro bono team
Gather all of the individuals who will be managing your Paladin pro bono account. This should include administrators, committee members and/or any other people who help coordinate your pro bono program. Our training session will provide the team with everything they need to know about Paladin! For more information on "Paladin Admins", please click here. Connect with legal service partners on Paladin
Connect with legal service partners (LSOs) from within the "Network Tab" of your Paladin account! For information about how to do this, check out our Network User Guide.
If you have legal service partners who are not yet on Paladin, you can invite them to join within the Network Tab. Additionally, we encourage you to reach out to these partners and share our LSO Resource Center, explaining Paladin from a non-profit perspective. Please also feel free to direct them to us at support@joinpaladin.com for personalized assistance.
It's important to connect with LSOs via Paladin prior to launch as this is the primary way opportunities get added to your Paladin experience. It will ensure your lawyers have an abundance of opportunities to select from whether they visit their Paladin dashboard or look to their weekly digest!
